What a difference a year makes, WOW.. MASSIVE SPIKES ACROSS THE BOARD, I have never seen such a spike in the Windermere market as we have witnessed 4th qtr 2019 to 4 Qtr 2020.
Double-digit increases in almost every single category and over 20% more units closed this 4th quarter !
