17 homes breaking the $1,000,000 price point and one estate in Deer Island almost getting to 2m!
The biggest takeaways from the 4th quarter report from 2019 numbers is the MASSIVE spike in closed volume… in 25 years I have never seen a busier 4th quarter in 34787 with almost 700 properties sold and closed. That’s an unheard of 36% jump in closed units!
The average sale price stayed basically unchanged but the average dollar per foot spiked another 5%!

The average closed price topped $450,000 for the first time in 34787 history and the average sale price was a record-setting…$173.42/ ft !!!!
The average home sold in 39 days and obtained 98% of list to sale price when it did close.
All of these are new record-setting trends.
