This is without question the largest spike across all 4 major market factors I have ever witnessed and I have been meticulously tracking the Windermere market for almost 2 decades of my career.

With so many flocking to Central Florida from other parts of the country, they seem to be hyper-focused on 34786,  The town low crime, own police force, sought after Butler Chain shoreline, tree-lined man guarded communities and location to everything Central Florida has caused it to be the destination for wealthy families migrating to the area.

With well over double the closed sales from 2020 2nd quarter…from 155 to 386 is unheard of. What is even more impressive is the zip code skyrocketed past $1,000,0000 AVERAGE SALE PRICE and teetering on $250/ ft!   out of the 386 closed sales 99 of them were over $1,000,000 ! 13 sold over $3,000,0000 and 1 closed in Reserve at Lake Butler Sound for $5,770,000 !!!!!

All of these luxury estates selling caused spikes of over 20% on average sale price in 365 days!
