A sporadic tract or one leftover lot selling for record numbers is all a new construction buyer can consider, leaving most to tear down or extensively remodel an existing home.

No one wants to sell; this is the true dilemma in the microcosm of what is Windermere. Where is there to go from Windermere if you are staying in Central Florida? This is causing record-low inventory driving up prices across the board.
