As predicted at beginning of the year Winter Garden, Fl 34787 has outpaced the national and even local Central Florida market yet again, with double digit closed sales growth, 13.25% increase from 2015 to 2016 in closed sales.

More importantly, Winter Garden, Fl 34787 has exceeded the national and Central Florida current pricing appreciation.. with zipcode 34787 witnessing a 7.18% increase in average sales appreciation….which is more accurate than the median calculations sued at national and even local levels… the data is so large it would be difficult to calculate from average instead of median at the higher levels.

WINTER GARDEN broke the $2,000,000 ceiling ! with a closed sale on Deer Island for $2,050,000 this year !

Winter Garden continues to expand at record levels, its ideal location less than 20 minutes from Downtown Orlando and having the States Largest employer (DISNEY) in it’s back yard lends itself to this high demand.

Horizons West community encompassing the south section of the zip code has seen tremendous demand, with new home community villages opening almost on a monthly basis it appears. In the end Horizons West will have over 40,000 homes and millions of square feet of retail, commercial  and medical real estate. New schools are already being zoned and the new High school will be complete in Fall of 2017.

Horizons West is not the only iron in the fire, Hartwood Marsh Road is seeing the same type of building boom on the NW corner of the zip code. With what seems like every foot of shore line on Famed Johns Lake being developed with high end communities.

The weekly farmers market held every Saturday brings thousands to the area, the semi-annual car show is a massive hit, the flower/ garden show in the spring, the Winter Garden annual art festival and the entire street is lit up for Christmas time…. all great events for the area.

Winter Garden will continue to grow in demand and with it property values will also increase and outpace the local areas.
